Create a new Google Sheet
Or use an existing one — Budget Tracker will add its own tabs.

Open Extensions → Apps Script and paste in Code.gs
Save the script.

Deploy as a Web app
Deploy → New deployment → Type "Web app". Set "Execute as: Me" and "Who has access: Anyone".

Press N after connecting to add a transaction.
